Utilizing the latest vibratory and ceramic media technology Shaftech can produce engineered finishes on a variety of complex surfaces. Omicron Finishing is ideal for friction/windage reduction, uniform stress riser removal and DLC type coating surface preparation. Coupled with the use of QPac crankshaft and camshaft polishing equipment Shaftech is able to maintain critical dimensions while eliminating poor geometry on bearing surfaces and camshaft lobes.
